An email correspondence or
phone conversation with Mark will hold your reservations for 14 days.
After that a 50% deposit per person is required. Full payment is required
60 days prior to your trips departure.
If you are curious
about the reasons behind this timetable of payment it is that the planning
process, logistic preparations, and purchases for your wilderness fishing
& rafting trip go on all winter. Our floatplane schedules are made;
groceries are shipped by barge to Dillingham, and then completely repackaged
for weight savings. Bed & Breakfast deposits are made in towns &
villages. Rafts are air freighted to various staging areas. All our gear
is weighed and re-weighed far in advance so that for we can fit 7-10 days
gear, groceries, raft, 2 guests and guide into the 1200# payload of a
De-Havailand Beaver float plane.
It has been very rare to have
a cancellation but in the event that you must cancel due to an emergency
we will bend over backward to reschedule ASAP within the same season.
While it has not occurred in the past; In the event of a trip cancellation
due to weather & or safety issues we will reschedule your trip.
I am in the service
business and I will go to great lengths some might say "extreme"
lengths to help you and your family and friends have the safest, most
wonderful true wilderness fishing & rafting adventure of a lifetime.
