Group sizes are kept small, 2-6 people make a good group. These are wilderness trips and larger groups have a way of obscuring the qualities of solitude we have traveled so far to experience. Family trips can be somewhat larger because of the great pleasure in a multi-generation outing. Parent / child trips are Mark’s specialty and can be a wonderful way to celebrate the family bond and share an adventure. The smaller groups have the advantage of being able to travel less encumbered with gear and consequently to places unattainable by the general public. A single adventuresome fisherman plus Mark have the ultimate flexibility to fish remote waters. Some call this solo pursuit with Mark "extreme fishing". Costs for single "extreme-fishermen" are negotiated according to our estimated transport & gear costs for the target watershed plus 10%. There are no hidden costs. We estimate these logistic costs accurately.
