Little King Salmon River

little king salmon2

The little King also known by various nicknames, none of which appear on maps, is a very small tributary of the Nushagak. We protect its location and only rarely (every 3-5 years) float it with the most adventuresome anglers. It is tricky to navigate but has the most intimate Grayling, Rainbow, Dolly Varden fishing imaginable. More than a few fly rod Kings have been taken sight fishing in the lower reaches.
