A father & son week on a tributary of the Nushagak that was last fished in 2008. The rainbows of the Little King Salmon achieve "Old Growth" status and live their lives out to a natural conclusion. Catch and release with Char or Sockeye for dinners.

Peak of the Season - Inquire

The best week of the entire summer for all 5 species of Pacific Salmon. We'll fly out, raft, camp, and fish for 7 days crossing a vast landscape. We'll begin in alpine tundra among King Salmon and Rainbow Trout. After 3 days we'll pass beyond the mountains onto the coastal plain and fish past thousands of Sockeye, Pink, and Chum Salmon. You'll catch plenty of highly pigmented Dolly Varden Char which are making their own way upriver to spawn. In the lower river the Coho are waiting!

August 8th - 16th, 2010 - 6 Seats Avail
Wild Tundra River Char, Rainbows, Sockeye, and Coho. - Inquire

Dolly Varden Char, Rainbows, Sockeye, and Coho. In my opinion this is the finest week to fish the Bristol Bay region of Alaska. Large numbers of fish. We will find the salmonid epicenter and enjoy it. Waterfowl and shorebirds are migrating. Magnificent!

August 19th - 27th, 2010 - 4 Seats Avail
Coho, Trout, and Char, for Fifty miles - Inquire

We also call this the "Coho Masters Week" as this week is often preferred by veterans of prior August forays across the tundra rivers. If there are slots open grab them. This is the last and greatest week of the season. We are in search of Coho, Trout, and Char, not necessarily in that order. Dry flies count for a disproportionate number of Coho caught. The weather can be awkward but the fishing tends to be sublime for fifty miles so we put up with some wind...

To get your first choice of dates reserve your week early!
I will go to extreme lengths to make your Alaska Trip outstanding!
